I have used Umbrella several times and each time the prices were reasonable and the work was excellent. The whole team is very professional, knowledgeable and so warm and friendly that you feel like part of the Umbrella family. My most recent project was roof/vinyl siding installation. Ed, Melvin, Scott and the others were a pleasure to work with, but I want to give a special thanks to Ed for taking the time to walk me through the whole process and answering all of my questions. I casually mentioned to Ed that I was hoping to have the siding done by Memorial Day, not thinking it would happen, but because Ed Is next level, he worked all day on the fri before the holiday to get it done and my house looks amazing! We had a great experience with Umbrella Roofing. Rocky and team worked on our 100-year-old slate roof with the level of care and craftsmanship we were hoping for. They replaced damaged slate, installed new bathroom fan vents, and refinished our flat roof all while preserving the original look of the house. They were incredibly easy to work with: responsive, on time, professional, and very tidy throughout the project. Were already planning to have them back for gutter replacements. Highly recommend if youre looking for quality work and a team that understands older homes.

I enthusiastically recommend Umbrella Roofing. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the company was very professional and wonderful to deal with. The quality of the work is superb and they left the site in excellent condition. Melvin kept me updated with information and photos throughout the day and checked in frequently to ensure that that we approved of everything they were doing.

Amazing job by Umbrella Roof! Rocky was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire processfrom the initial estimate to the final installation. He took the time to clearly explain how the roofing system works and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property, making sure everything was cleaned up after the job was done. On top of that, they provided a strong warranty that gives me peace of mind. Im very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Umbrella Roof did the roofing and siding on our new house and we are very pleased. We were impressed from the beginning with their office staff who were super friendly and accommodating and had the sales rep Ed meet us on the weekend when were off work. He went over everything and I learned more about roofing than I ever really thought I could possibly know but I am so glad I did! The install was also clear and I had a supervisor (Melvin) going over details with me the entire time and showing me photos and went over everything and made sure it was all cleaned up. Really impressed and I would highly recommend them!

I was referred by my neighbor based on the wonderful work I saw being done to her main roof and porch roof by Umbrella Roofing, I am so very pleased with the work they have done for me. I was shopping around to get one of my properties roof redone. It was in a state of mess for over 30 years. Everyone that i had spoken to had different ideas and approaches and prices that made no sense to me. Once I talked to Ed from Umbrella he made it clear what had to be done and what we can do and avoid to save on costs but not compromise on the integrity of the roof. I originally hired Umbrella Roofing about two and a half years ago for a leak I was having, the leak continued on and off throughout the two years and they always came back and continued to try to get it fixed. This most recent time it leaked we pivoted to a more extensive repair and alteration of my roof and I am so glad that they recommended it. They really are great guys to work with!

- After strong winds a couple weeks ago flashing had blown off of our roof. We left a voicemail on a Saturday and received a call first thing Monday morning. They were able to get a crew out that day to fix it quickly before the next rain storm rolled in on Tuesday. Very pleased with the quality of work and customer service that they provide. Umbrella Roofing did a great job on my roof! I called them on the Thursday before Thanksgiving, they came out the next day, and the roof was finished on Monday. I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving without worry. The staff was friendly and communication great. The price was affordable.

Highly recommend Umbrella roofing! We had our whole house roof replaced and found a mold problem in the process. Umbrella roofing had clear communication about the issues and helped remediate the concerns. The Forman, Melvin, clearly explained the new venting system to us and truly it was amazing to see their team work of 5+ guys work 12 hours into the dusk to complete the job after running into an inspected problem. We got several quotes and Umbrella was the most reasonable. The clean up was also well done. Professional team and workmanship.

I received five other quotes for this job, and Umbrella offers the best price relative to the scope of work and quality of materials. When they removed my roof it was clear that additional work needed to be done and they worked with me to complete the unexpected work for a very reasonable price. The workers are professional and completed the work within a day. They are the best roofing company you could work with in Philadelphia and I plan to use them for my biannual roof upkeep as well.
